Loyalty points can only be used to redeem a conference because they are only earned by attending conferences. 4 loyalty points is good for one free 5 day conference. In the even that a customer can't or doesn't want to attend all 5 days, 6 CPE credits per day will be given in place of the missed days. Loyalty points cannot be redeemed for live events aside from conferences (seminars, New Money Summit).
