What can loyalty points be used for?
Loyalty points can only be used to redeem a conference because they are only earned by attending conferences. 4 loyalty points is good for one free 5 day conference. In the even that a customer can't or doesn't want to attend all 5 days, 6 CPE credits per day will be given in place of the missed days.
Loyalty points cannot be redeemed for live events aside from conferences (seminars, New Money Summit). Since conferences are our most expensive product, we do not allow loyalty point redemption for seminars as the value would not be equivalent to what a customer would receive from a conference.
