What can loyalty points be used for?

Earning Points

• Loyalty points are awarded when you attend a conference of more than three days.
• Points are not earned on redeemed loyalty conferences.
• Each year, points carry over, but any unused days within a conference redemption must be used in the same calendar year.

Redeeming Points

• To see how many Loyalty Points you have. Just contact us via phone, email or online, and we’ll be happy to assist.
• Loyalty points can only be redeemed for conferences, since they are only earned by attending conferences.
• 4 loyalty points = one free 5-day conference.
• If you choose not to, or cannot, attend all 5 days, you may receive 6 CPE credits per unused day in place of the missed days.

Restrictions

• Loyalty points cannot be redeemed for live events outside of conferences (e.g., seminars).
• Because conferences are our most expensive product, loyalty points are not applicable to seminars. This ensures the value received remains equivalent to that of a full conference.
