What if I have a question during a webcast?
Moderators are certified professionals equipped to address any questions students may have regarding the content and topics of the webcast they're attending. Students can submit their inquiries in real-time through Zendesk Chat, and the moderator will respond either via email or directly through Zendesk. Western CPE customer experience team members are also available to help with navigation or small technical issues.
