Qualified Assessment Results

When Customers do not receive their certificate because they did not pass their qualified assessment for a self-study or self-study video, they may call in to ask for the correct answers to the question(s) they answered incorrectly.

We cannot give any customer this information until they earn their certificate.

Once they have a passing score and receive their certificate, then you may go into the QSM tab, navigate to the Results branch, look up the customer and correct assessment, and provide them the correct answers.

Make sure to only give the answers to the incorrect questions.
