How do I find assessment results?
Navigate to the left-hand toolbar in Woo and scroll down until you see the QSM tab.
Hover over QSM and select Results
Once the page has populated, enter the Customer’s name or email and be sure to change the drop down box to the right of the customer’s name or email to User Name
Once the page has populated, scroll down until you find the correct exam and click view.
You may take screenshots of the questions they got wrong and email them to the customer.
