How do I access my webcast?
You may access any purchased webcast through your Western CPE account by doing the following:
- Go to www.westerncpe.com. At the top right side of the page, click “LOG IN.”
- On the next page, enter your email and password.
- Next, you'll be guided to your My CPE Dashboard. Once there, please select the “Access My Courses” tab located at the center of the screen. This will display a list of the courses you have purchased.
- Select your course and click on the title.
- Click Join Webcast at the top of the page to enter the webcast.
- Make sure to read the Webcast instructions and click "Earn CPE (Attendance prompts)" if you would like to earn CPE credit).
Viewing Guidelines
- Webcasts are available for viewing Monday - Saturday, 8 AM - 8 PM ET.
- Note: Ensure you have enough time to complete your course before the 8 PM ET deadline. If your webcast extends beyond this time, the platform will notify you that “webcast is not available” and you will need to restart the next day.
FlexCast Membership
A FlexCast membership offers additional flexibility:
- You can start your webcast at any time between the hours of 8 AM - 8 PM ET, Monday - Saturday
- Your progress will be automatically paused at closing time.
Holiday Interruptions
Please be aware that webcast services may be interrupted on the following holidays:
- May 26th - Memorial Day
- July 4 - Independence Day
- September 1st - Labor Day
- November 27th - Thanksgiving
- December 25 - Christmas Day
- January 1 - New Year’s Day
Make sure to plan your webcast viewing accordingly to avoid interruptions and maximize your learning experience!
