Why Can I Only View the Preview of My Purchased Webcast Course?

Q: I purchased a webcast course, but I can only view the preview. What should I do?


A: If you have purchased a webcast course and can only view the preview, it may be due to the timing of your purchase.


Important Note:


Purchases made on Sundays or after business hours: If you bought the webcast course on a Sunday or outside our business hours, you will need to wait until the next business day to access the full content. Our business hours are from Monday to Saturday, 8 AM - 8 PM EST.


Your webcast purchase will be available once our business hours resume, and you will then be able to view the full webcast course.


Live CPE Requirement:

Due to our webcasts being counted as live CPE credit, webcasts must be consumed during business hours in order for them to be moderated.


Holiday Interruptions:


Please be aware that our services may also be interrupted on the following holidays:


Jan 1 - New Years Day

May 26 - Memorial Day

Jul 4 - Independence Day

Sep 1 - Labor Day

Nov 27 - Thanksgiving Day

Dec 25 - Christmas Day
