Q: Are the CPE credit packages for webcast courses?
A: You may use the CPE credit packages on Webcasts, Self-Study, and Self-Study Videos.
Q: The expiration date is 1/1/25. If I purchase a course now, but do not complete it by 1/1/25, will I still receive credit?
A: The credits will expire on January 1, 2025. When you use these credits to purchase courses, the courses will be available for completion for 365 days from the date of purchase. You will receive credit as long as you complete the course before it expires.
Q: May I use the credits from the credit package towards seminars or conferences?
A: You may not use the credits from the package towards seminars or conferences.
Q: Do my classes that I paid for at the end of the year expire?
A: The credits to purchase the courses expire at the end of the year. However, once you purchase a course, it will be available for completion for 365 days from the date of purchase. You will receive credit as long as you complete the course within this period.
