How to Use Your Credit Package

Important Notes:
Ensure you have enough credits in your package to cover the cost of the courses you wish to purchase.
You do not have to use all of your credits in one transaction; credits can be used over multiple transactions.
Be sure to read the compliance information and make sure the course works for you as we do not offer refunds.
Check the expiration date of your credits to ensure you use them before they expire.
If you encounter any issues or have questions, please contact our customer experience team for assistance.

How to Use Your Credit Package

Understand Your Purchase:

When you purchase a credit package, you are buying a set number of credits, not specific courses.
These credits can be used to purchase various types of courses: Self-Study, Self-Study Videos, or Webcasts.

Browse the Course Library:

Visit the Western CPE course library to explore the available courses.
Look for courses that interest you and fit your professional needs.

Add Courses to Your Cart:

Once you find a course you want to take, add it to your cart.
Repeat this process for any additional courses you wish to purchase using your credits.

Use Your Credits:

Go to your cart to review the courses you have selected.
Above the list of courses, you will see a button that says "Use My CPE Credits." Click this button.
Your total will be adjusted to zero, indicating that your credits have been applied.

Complete the Transaction:

Click on the checkbox to acknowledge that you understand the terms and conditions.
Finalize your purchase by clicking the "Complete Transaction" button.

Start Your Course:

After completing the transaction, you will be enrolled in the course.
You can now locate the course(s) on your CPE Dashboard.
Be sure to complete your course before your course expiration date arrives. (Courses expire a year from date of purchase)
