How to use your CPE Credit Package
Your CPE Credits will be available to be redeemed after you have purchased a CPE Credit Package. You can apply your CPE credits to any Webcast, Self-Study, or Self-Study-Video products at checkout. Please note that CPE credits are not eligible for redemption towards the purchase of Seminars or Conferences.
Simply log in with your email and password. Once logged in, you will see your available CPE credit amount in your CPE Dashboard. You may choose any online course(s) (up to your available amount) on our site and add them to your cart. Once added, select "Use My CPE Credits" at checkout.

CPE Credits cannot be applied to FlexCast, as it does not include a credit balance to deduct from. If FlexCast is in your cart, the 'Use My CPE Credits' button will not appear. Flexcast will need to be purchased separately.
Important Notes
- Expiration Date: CPE Credit packages are valid for redemption for 365 days from the purchase date. After one year, you will no longer be able to enroll in courses using your CPE Credits.
- Credit Balance: Ensure you have enough credits in your Western CPE account to cover the cost of the courses you wish to redeem.
- Multiple Transactions: You do not have to use all of your credits in one transaction; credits can be used over multiple transactions.
- Course Compatibility: Be sure to read the compliance information to make sure the course meets your requirements.
- Monitor Expiration: Check the expiration date of your credits to ensure you use them before they expire.

How to Use Your Credit Package
Understand Your Purchase:
When you purchase a credit package, you are buying a set number of credits, not specific courses.
These credits can be used to purchase various types of courses: Self-Study, Self-Study Videos, or Webcasts.
Browse the Course Library:
Visit the Western CPE course library to explore the available courses.
Look for courses that interest you and fit your professional needs.
Add Courses to Your Cart:
Once you find a course you want to take, add it to your cart.
Repeat this process for any additional courses you wish to purchase using your credits.
Use Your Credits:
Go to your cart to review the courses you have selected.
Above the list of courses, you will see a button that says "Use My CPE Credits." Click this button.
Your total will be adjusted to zero, indicating that your credits have been applied.
Complete the Transaction:
Click on the checkbox to acknowledge that you understand the terms and conditions.
Finalize your purchase by clicking the "Complete Transaction" button.
Start Your Course:
After completing the transaction, you will be enrolled in the course.
You can now locate the course(s) on your CPE Dashboard.
Be sure to complete your course before your course expiration date arrives. (Courses expire a year from date of purchase)
