# When will I receive my certificate of completion for a webcast?

Your certificate of completion will be automatically generated and added to your account at the end of the webcast. **Please note that certificates may take up to 24 hours to populate into your account after live Zoom webinars.** If you do not see the certificate on the course page but believe you successfully completed the webcast, please contact our office at (800) 822-4194 or email wcpe@westerncpe.com.
