# What can loyalty points be used for?

**Earning Points**

* Loyalty points are awarded when you attend a conference of more than three days.

* Points are not earned on redeemed loyalty conferences.

* Each year, points carry over, but any unused days within a conference redemption must be used in the same calendar year.

**Redeeming Points**

* To see how many Loyalty Points you have.  Just contact us [via phone, email or online](https://www.westerncpe.com/customer-care/contact/), and we’ll be happy to assist.

* Loyalty points can only be redeemed for conferences, since they are only earned by attending conferences.

* 4 loyalty points = one free 5-day conference.

* If you choose not to, or cannot, attend all 5 days, you may receive 6 CPE credits per unused day in place of the missed days.

**Restrictions**

* Loyalty points cannot be redeemed for live events outside of conferences (e.g., seminars).

* Because conferences are our most expensive product, loyalty points are not applicable to seminars. This ensures the value received remains equivalent to that of a full conference.
