# Webcasts

||| Webcasts are available Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM EST, and Saturday & Sunday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST. 
# Webcasts – Live CPE at Western CPE
Experience the difference with our webcasts—an interactive, simulated classroom environment developed in-house and led by industry experts. Recognized as Live CPE, our sessions feature engaging attendance prompts and real-time access to a professional moderator. The moderators are available during business hours to answer your questions and provide personalized support.

Unlike **Self-Study,** **Self-Study Video or On- Demand Webcasts-** Our Internet Group Live webcasts do not require a qualified assessment to receive credit!

## Key Features of Webcasts
* **Live Moderators:** Certified professionals available to answer questions related to the webcast content.
* **Attendance Prompts:** Every 10–15 minutes, prompts verify participation. You must complete at least **70% of prompts** to earn full credit. Completing less than 70% results in prorated credit.
    * Example: In a 4-hour webcast, answering only 50% of prompts results in 2 CPE credits instead of 4.
* **Interaction:** You can ask moderators clarifying questions or request additional information on the subject matter.
* **Breaks:** A 10-minute break is provided every 50 minutes.
* **Restrictions:** Customers cannot rewind, fast forward, skip breaks, pause, or exit the webcasts. If a customer exits the webcast, it will forfeit the time viewed, and they will have to start back from the beginning, unless they have [Flexcast](https://www.westerncpe.com/flexcast/). 

## Webcast Hours
Webcasts are available only during live moderator hours:
* **Monday – Friday:** 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM EST
* **Saturday & Sunday:** 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST
**Important:** Ensure you have enough time to complete your webcast before closing time. If the webcast extends past closing, you will see a “not available” message and must restart the next day.

Webcast services are unavailable on the following holidays:
* **Memorial Day:** May 25, 2026
* **Independence Day:** July 4, 2026
* **Labor Day: **September 7, 2026
* **Thanksgiving:** November 26, 2026
* **Christmas Day:** December 25, 2026
* **New Year’s Day:** January 1, 2027
