# How do I find assessment results?

* Navigate to the left-hand toolbar in Woo and scroll down until you see the **QSM **tab.

* Hover over **QSM **and select **Results**

* Once the page has populated, enter the Customer’s name or email and be sure to change the drop down box to the right of the customer’s name or email to **User Name**

* Once the page has populated, scroll down until you find the correct exam and click view.

* You may take screenshots of the questions they got wrong and email them to the customer.
