# How do I access my webcast?

You may access any purchased webcast through your Western CPE account by doing the following:

||| **Note** Webcasts are available Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM EST, and Saturday & Sunday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST. Webcasts are limited to these hours as to be counted as Live CPE we must have a live moderator present.

* Go to www.westerncpe.com. At the top right side of the page, click “LOG IN.”

* On the next page, enter your email and password.

* Next, you'll be guided to your My CPE Dashboard. Once there, please select the “Access My Courses” tab located at the center of the screen. This will display a list of the courses you have purchased.

* Select your course and click on the title.

* Click Join Webcast at the top of the page to enter the webcast.

* Make sure to read the Webcast instructions and click "Earn CPE (Attendance prompts)" if you would like to earn CPE credit.

## Viewing Guidelines

* Webcasts are available Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM EST, and Saturday & Sunday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST.
* **Note:** Ensure you have enough time to complete your course before the **8 PM ET** deadline. If your webcast extends beyond this time, the platform will notify you that **“webcast is not available”** and you will need to restart the next day in less you have FlexCast- see below.

A **FlexCast membership** offers additional flexibility:
* You can start your Webcasts anytime between the hours of Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM EST, and Saturday & Sunday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST
* Your progress will be automatically paused at closing time.

Please be aware that webcast services may be interrupted on the following holidays:

*  - Independence Day  
*  - Labor Day  
*  - Thanksgiving  
*  - Christmas Day  
*  - New Year’s Day
