# Hard Copy Courses & Shipping

Western CPE utilizes a third-party service to print and fulfill orders. **We recommend using the Express Shipping option if you are under a deadline**.  Standard shipments typically take between 10 to 13 business days to arrive. Please be aware that delivery times can be extended due to adverse weather conditions. Express Shipments can NOT be sent to PO Boxes. Express shipments need to have a physical address listed.

Our Customer Experience team is available between Monday to Friday 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. and Saturday to Sunday 8 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
